Nu Drain, Nu Flow’s leading structural lining technology, enhances the structural strength of the host pipe and acts as a stand-alone pipe within a pipe.

Nu Drain can be installed in pipeline with diameters from 3/4 inches to 12 inches and larger. Nu Drain is best used in two primary applications: the ‘pull-in-place’ (PIP) method and the ’inversion’ method.

Small Diameter Pipe Lining

Nu Flow’s Small Diameter Reline System can reline complete inside-infrastructure systems. By using Nu Flow’s tools, technicians can reinstate lined laterals. Branch lines can then be lined to the stack quickly and easily.

Nu Flow’s small diameter pipe lining gives you the benefit of being able to line complete systems right from the 3″ (65mm) or 4″ (80mm) stack down to the 1.0″ (25mm) branch lines.

Lateral Lining

Nu Flow’s Lateral Lining System is used to remotely repair full sections of damaged pipe or even sections anywhere in the lateral. Nu Flow’s lateral lining products allow technicians to remotely fix damaged pipe anywhere in the line. Our products are user friendly and easy to install. All of our products can be installed via the clean out.

The PIP (Pull-in-Place)Advantage

With the PIP application, a felt liner is saturated with epoxy and pulled into place. Once in place, an internal rubber bladder is expanded with air pressure allowing the epoxy to adhere to the host pipe.

Unlike inversion applications, pull-in-place application allows you to line multiple 45° and 90° angles and provides the option to line specific sections of pipe without lining the entire length.

PIP vs. Inversion method

The other most common method of CIPP lining is Inversion, which is a less innovative, more traditional technique, where the liner rolls out from the point of entry as it is filled with water, air or steam. Once cured-in-place, the end and connection points are trimmed to allow for flow.

Millions of linear feet of drain and lines have been saved using the pull-in-place process. Whenever possible, we work to eliminate waste and unnecessary use or destruction of resources.
